Production Worker | Productiemedewerker

We are looking for an enthusiastic production worker who will be responsible for producing high-quality wet food for dogs and cats. You will work in our butchery department, overseeing the entire process from mixing ingredients to filling and sealing cans. Your tasks will include preparing meat chunks, making gravy for can fillings, and carefully inspecting the transport of the cans before they go to the steam machines. Along with three colleagues, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the production process.

We currently operate in a single shift system, but due to our growing success, a switch to a 2-shift system is likely in the near future. Current working hours are from 05:00 AM to 2:00 PM or from 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Mixing ingredients for wet pet food production.
• Preparing meat chunks for the filling process.
• Making gravy for can fillings.
• Filling and sealing cans with pet food.
• Inspecting and controlling can transport before steam sterilization.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth production flow.

• Minimum MBO working and thinking level.
• At least one year of experience as a production worker.
• Good physical condition.
• Proficiency in Dutch, English, or Polish.

We are a leading supplier of specially developed wet food for dogs and cats, located in Nieuwkoop, with an international market. Our office and production hall are integrated, allowing you to experience the entire production process. Our company fosters an informal and pleasant working atmosphere.

• A salary between €2500 and €2700 based on a 40-hour week. Shift allowance is not included in this amount!
• 115% shift allowance for every hour worked.

• Travel allowance of around €0.23 per km.
